On June 14th, Ronaldo moved a couple of bottles of Coca-Cola and picked up a bottle of water and told the audience to drink water. It was then suspected that Coca-Cola’s shares immediately went down after this incident. Which is not said to be not true. Here is the whole story:

Ronaldo’s conference was at 9.45 am (New York Time), and according to reports, the stock had already fallen to $55.25 from $56.16, hence Coca-Cola had already lost $4 billion even before the conference started. As a matter of fact, the stock rose by about 30 cents after the conference. So in the end, after the conference, the company actually gained $1.3 billion.
