What Is Downtown Circle?

The proposed building is expected to measure a staggering 550 meters in height and 3000 meters in circumference. Can you even imagine the sheer size of this structure? It’s going to be nothing short of breathtaking! But that’s not all – the Downtown Circle aims to be autonomous and self-sufficient, making it a true marvel of modern architecture.

The design of this incredible building has been inspired by the COVID-19 epidemic, which has forced us to rethink the way we live in cities, especially in skyscrapers. The circle will consist of two primary rings, joined vertically by a continuous green space called the Skypark. As part of the urban ecosystem, the design calls for spaces for rainwater collection, solar energy, and a mechanism for storing carbon and filtering air pollution. And if you think that’s impressive, the Skypark will also include a tram on the outer perimeter ring. Twenty roomy pods with top speeds of 100 kilometres per hour will ferry visitors around the Downtown Circle while providing 360-degree views of the city. How’s that for an experience of a lifetime?
