The new starters are sure to tickle your taste buds. Begin with the signature Corn & Mizuna Salad, or dive into the Bluefin Tuna and Goldfish Caviar Bowl. Fancy something new? Try the Tuna & Guac Dip with crispy crackers, the crunchy Lady Finger & Nasu, or the refreshing Snapper Ceviche salad.
For sushi and ramen lovers, the menu now features the Unagi Maki roll, made with grilled Unagi, avocado, sesame, and wasabi mayo. If ramen is your thing, the Tori Ramen, topped with an Onsen egg, Chicken char siu, and a drizzle of chilli oil, is a must-try.
Meat lovers won’t be disappointed with the new additions. Savour the Tenderloin, enhanced with Cajun spice and Japanese radish, or enjoy the Grilled Octopus, served with kizami, Japanese curry, and artichoke puree.
To wash it all down, choose from seven special mocktails crafted by the in-house team. Options include the Goldfish Spritz, Passion Cooler with passionfruit, and the new Ginberi, infused with gooseberry fruit.

Finish your meal with a decadent dessert like the creamy Matcha Cheesecake, topped with cheese mousse and almonds. It’s a sweet treat that will leave you craving more.
