The Sheikh Zayed Festival 2021 is starting in Abu Dhabi’s Al Wathba. From fireworks to more than 4500 events, this festival has everything! Here are all the details. For this festival, free bus rides will be available for the general public. This festival is named after the Founding Father of UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The festival will start today and will run till April 1, 2022.
This festival will have more than 130 workshops for children, 4500 cultural events and 650 events and performances, for the same more than 22,500 participants will take part. Different international pavilions will have numerous activities for all age groups to enjoy, some of which are glow garden, cultural events, ice skating rink, concerts, car show, laser and water shows and concerts.
Bus service at a regular interval of 30 minutes will be available from Abu Dhabi Main Bus Station (3 pm), Cooperative Association (3.30 pm) and Bani Yas Bus Station (4 pm). Entry tickets will be AED 5 per person, for senior citizens, people of determination and children under the age of 3 the tickets are free. Timings of the festival are 4 pm to midnight on weekdays, and till 1 am is on Thursday, Friday and national holidays.
