Culture Summit is back for its 2021 edition in Abu Dhabi! It is organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi with the theme of ‘The Cultural Economy and the Economy of Culture’. Partners for this edition are Berklee Abu Dhabi and Institut Français, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation), Abu Dhabi’s Cultural Foundation, Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation & Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi, The Economist Events, UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development), London’s Design Museum and Google.
Some of the things you can expect from this summit are performances by various artists and cultural leaders, a creative economy comprises of video, photography, film, arts and crafts, etc. This summit started on March 8th and will take place virtually till March 10th. The timings for the same are 1 pm to 9 pm each day.
