9 Dazzling Christmas Tree Displays You Cannot Miss Around Dubai

It’s the last two days before Christmas – or Christmas Eve Eve, as some may call it (and by ‘some,’ I mean me), and Dubai’s transformation into a winter wonderland has been nothing short of magical this year. From Christmas markets galore to Santa spreading his festive cheer, all that’s left to make your holiday complete is a tour of Dubai’s best and most dazzling Christmas tree displays. Lucky for you, I know exactly where they all are!

1. Global Village

This year, Global Village brings together holiday fun, entertainment, and a stunning 21-meter Christmas tree, complete with glowing lights and decorations, alongside family-friendly activities like meeting Santa and enjoying snow-themed experiences. Open daily Until January 5th, 2025. Entry starts from AED 25.

2. Mandarin Oriental Jumeira

Watch This Gold and Sapphire inspired tree glow, in honour of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira’s 5th anniversary. Open daily to see until December 31st.

3. Raffles The Palm

Raffles The Palm doesn’t just do one tree – it does two! Get ready to be awe-inspired by their red-and-gold tree in the lobby area and their red-and-white tree by the pool! Open daily to see until December 31st.

4. Al Seef

Set against the charming backdrop of Dubai Creek, Al Seef’s winter festival is a must-see. Free to see daily from 6 PM to 10:30 PM, until January 12.

5. Winter City At Expo City

Watch as the towering tree In Al Wasl Plaza, Winter City, is decorated with snowflakes, white ornaments, and glittering lights. The tree lighting ceremony happens every evening at 6 PM, entry tickets start from AED AED 40 on weekdays and AED 80 on weekends. Open to see until December 31.

6. Souq Madinat Jumeirah

Get ready to feast your eyes on a 36-foot tree adorned with simple, elegant ornaments and a colourful star topper that lights up the night. Entry is free, and it’s open daily until December 31st.

7. The Irish Village

Enjoy a cosy, laid-back spot to witness a stunning red, white, and gold tree with friends and family. Open daily to see until December 31st.

8. Al Habtoor Winter Garden

Habtoor City’s Winter Garden is home to one of Dubai’s most vibrant holiday markets. Open daily from 4 PM to midnight on weekdays and until 1 AM on weekends. Entry is AED 25.

9. QE2 Dubai

Experience a floating Christmas celebration aboard the legendary QE2 hotel. Open daily to see until December 31st.
