As a gesture of gratitude to responsible UAE residents who contribute to the cause, Yummy Dosa will offer complimentary meals of any value to blood donors who visit their restaurant within 3-6 days of their donation, upon providing proof.

Jugal Parekh, the Managing Director of Yummy Dosa restaurants shared a personal experience that inspired their involvement. He recalled an incident when a friend was involved in a major accident, and they had to plead with people to donate blood in order to secure matching blood group bottles from hospitals. That day, Jugal realised the immense value of blood donation and its impact on those in need. Jugal himself donates blood annually and strives to raise awareness about blood donation in the community.

The 2023 World Blood Donor Day campaign carries the slogan “Give blood, give plasma, share life, share often.” This impactful message highlights the crucial role that individuals play in supporting patients who rely on regular transfusions. By donating blood or plasma, one can make a significant difference in someone’s life.
