The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s (DCT) Green List of nations, regions, and territories has been updated for December. The updated list came into operation on December 26, 2021. All passengers arriving in Abu Dhabi from the amended ‘Green List’ locations will be spared from necessary quarantine measures.
Travellers must show a negative Covid-19 PCR test result that is valid for a maximum of 48 hours before departure. Passengers arriving at Abu Dhabi International Airport will be subjected to another PCR test.
On Day 6, vaccinated travellers from the new ‘Green List’ will be subjected to another PCR test (the day of arrival into Abu Dhabi is counted as Day 1). Unvaccinated travellers travelling from ‘Green List’ countries, on the other hand, must submit to PCR testing on Days 6 and 9.
