While driving through an area full of debris, it is common to get hit by some dust or perhaps a few small rocks, but a turtle? Quite unusual but not impossible. A 71-year-old woman was in her car with her daughter, they were driving on a highway when a turtle suddenly smashed on the windshield of their car.
The daughter pulled over immediately and called 911. “A turtle!” the daughter exclaimed. “An actual turtle?” Her mother got injured but it wasn’t anything serious. “I swear to God this lady has the worst luck of anything,” the daughter told the 911 operator. Another vehicle might have hit the turtle and hence it came flying towards their car, it was fine except for a few scratches on its shell.
